Treasured
Weddings by Tonya -
http://www.treasuredweddingsbytonya.com/index.htm
Tonya was everything she promised she would be for us. From
her initial visit all the way through the reception, Tonya was there to
ensure that the day was perfect for our daughter, her fiancé, for us and
for all our guests. She made smart and money-saving
recommendations that allowed us to have an elegant and affordable
wedding and reception. She is a dear person and has the perfect
personality for someone in a high-stress situation dealing with tired
and anxious mothers-of-the-bride, fathers-of-the-bride, and the army of
friends and family it takes to pull off a wedding to remember.
Tonya worked very hard for us and has proven to me that she is the MOST
organized and efficient person I have ever met! We would NOT have
had the success with this wedding that we had if it had not been for
Tonya. She is by FAR some of the smartest $$ we spent. |

Matt Currier added so much to the magical elements of this
wedding! We met with him a few months prior to the wedding,
selected a package (you WILL want the
Michelangelo), and constructed a timeline for how it would all come
together. Matt did exactly what he said he would do in all
instances. He videotaped a "Love Story" interview with Lindsey and
T. J. at the Parthenon in Nashville. We viewed it for the first
time at the Rehearsal Dinner and there wasn't a dry eye in the area!
The video was beyond professional - Matt had attended to every detail
including using music that Lindsey and T. J. personally selected to make
the video very personalized for them. Matt was punctual the day of
the rehearsal, at the dinner that followed and for the wedding and
reception the next day. He was always "there" for the big wedding
moments and for the small and tender looks, words, and touches that
might have escaped a less trained professional videographer. Two
days after the wedding I received multiple DVDs of the Love Story - all
decked out in personalized hard cases complete with photos of the
wedding couple - for us to view and to share with family and friends.
We anticipate that when the final DVDs arrive with meticulously edited
footage of the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, pre-wedding day, wedding,
and reception we will have even more glowing things to say about Matt's
talents. Until then, I can tell you that of all the investments
made in wedding memories, this one is something you do not want to leave
out. |
Flowers by Leanne

Carthage, TN 37030Flowers are always a special element in any
wedding - we wanted ours to be special as well. Leanne is a highly
respected floral design artist in our area and a personal friend of the
wedding couple, so asking her to design the flowers for the wedding and
the reception was a perfect idea. Leanne came to our house and
measured the arbor and the urns that were to be the centerpieces of our
decor for the wedding - set in our backyard with the Cumberland River in
the background. After sketchy ideas from the MOB
(Mother-of-the-Bride) Leanne was able to construct a plan for the floral
arrangements that was absolutely breathtaking!
As a special touch, Leanne crafted a floral decoration for our
registration table that looked like a puppy (to honor Lindsey's new
career as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine). Special orders are no
problem for Leanne -- thank you so much for making this day so beautiful
and special to us.

Sandy Herbert did an excellent job catering a full meal for us (see
Reception
webpage for menu). My first bite of lasagna and I was sold!
The entire staff was very professional and Sandy made the planning and
set up so easy for us. Everything we received was exactly as
promised. There was not so much as a stray napkin in the area
after she and her staff cleared the serving tables. I can honestly
say that the food was delicious and that dozens of our guests stopped us
or phoned us later just to comment on how much they enjoyed their meals.
Sandy is a very personable and professional caterer and I enjoyed
working with her very much. She treated my guests as though they
were her guests and I will use her services again. |

Creative Photos by Patsy

Patsy Sanders, a local photographer, came highly recommended to us
and now we know why! Initially, Patsy met with us to discuss our
many options for the photography packages she could provide. This
was a very no-pressure, highly informative meeting where we viewed many
examples from her portfolio. When Patsy arrived the day of the
wedding we were so pleased with how she was EVERYWHERE she needed to be
- she and Matt Currier (listed above) were both expert at being in the
right places without ever being in the way or stealing attention from
the wedding festivities. We are very excited about seeing the
hundreds of photos that Patsy shot that day and were very impressed by
how TRULY creative she was in staging the dozens and dozens of shots to
ensure that our memories of this special event are preserved forever.
We cannot thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. |
