100% correct = yes, you are qualified to teach using literature circles.  Please click HERE to proceed with developing your literature unit and preparations for opening your students' minds and their worlds. 

< 100% correct = You're kidding, right?  Would you expect to teach someone to swim if you can't swim, paint if you can't paint, speak German if you don't speak German, write if you don't write, or do brain surgery if you can't do brain surgery?  Readers can teach others how to enjoy, comprehend, and celebrate literature.  Everyone else takes a stab at it from the cheap seats.  If you ain't selling, they ain't buyin'.  You can only sell what you know.
