Books and Materials Used:  This is where you would list any read alouds, resource books, games, or other type of instructional materials used in the direct instruction portion of the lesson. 

Literacy Behaviors Observed (by specific learners or as a group) - this is where you describe
student participation, preparation, attitude, interest, engagement, expressed concerns, etc.,
related to manipulation of print, writing, studying or test taking.  You can do this by learner or
general observations of group.

Strengths and Weaknesses - this is where you note how each student is performing during the
sessions and with assigned mid-week practice activities.  Do you see growth?  Confusion? 
Increased level of confidence?  More focus?  Less focus?  Change in ability to verbalize what WORKS
and what doesn't WORK?
