To begin, open this WORD DOCUMENT and read the notes that are there. Consult the notes you took while reading and ADD TO what is already there. We will take turns "going first" as it would APPEAR that the people first in have the MOST to do, but actually it is harder to be the LAST PERSON in because that person has to search harder to find bits of important information to link to what is already there. Each time a person ADDS their notes the WORD DOCUMENT is emailed to the next person on the list. The final document will be listed beside the last person's name below. You can email through BLACKBOARD - COMMUNICATIONS -- EMAIL -- SELECT USER -- then check the box beside the person's name, type a brief message and then ATTACH the WORD file -- if you do NOT have Microsoft WORD, you will need to add your notes to the document and then save the file as .rtf (rich text format) so that it can be opened in Word. We cannot open WordPerfect or Microsoft Works files.
